We are a residential care home dedicated to providing personalized, non-medical support for elderly individuals in a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. Our goal is to create a space where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for like family.

What sets us apart is not just the level of care we provide—but the heart behind it.

Our founder, Priscila Castellanos, was inspired to create Graceful Living through deeply personal experiences. After supporting her mother through pancreatic cancer and hospice care, and witnessing her grandmother’s journey with dementia, she saw firsthand how important compassionate, attentive care is during life’s most vulnerable moments.

Those experiences shaped a mission: to provide families with peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are in a place where they are truly cared for—not just assisted.
